What every licence includes

One application in all three terms. Nothing is held back from the cheapest, so this is a list rather than a ladder — and there is no column per plan, because all three columns would say the same word.

What you need to run it

Stated before the money moves, in full. The two expensive surprises in this category are “it is a desktop application” and “the proxy traffic is billed to me”, and both are rows in this table.

macOS
macOS 11 Big Sur or later, on Apple silicon or Intel — the minimum the application bundle itself declares. Apple silicon is the build we run day to day; the Intel build is compiled and signature-checked from the same source but has never been launched, because there is no Intel Mac in this project. The 14-day refund window covers it.
Windows (beta)
A 64-bit Windows PC. The Windows build is produced on a Mac and has not yet been run on Windows hardware by us, so it ships as a beta and we state no minimum Windows version we have not tested. It is the same complete application, and the 14-day refund window applies to it in full.
Delivery
A download, not a web app. The installer runs on your own computer.
Proxy service
A proxy account in your own name is required — the Start button stays switched off until one is connected and successfully tested. Any provider offering rotating residential proxies over HTTP works, DataImpulse being the one the in-app notes are written for. You buy it separately and the provider bills you for the traffic; it is not included in any LeadCo licence.

What happens after you pay

Every step below is something the application already does — including the one that says no email of ours carries your key.

When ordering opens, a purchase will run through the 5 steps below. None of them can happen today — no payment can be taken yet, and no licence key exists.

  1. Pay on Creem’s pageCheckout hands you to Creem, our Merchant of Record. This site has no card field of its own and never sees your card.
  2. ConfirmationCreem emails your receipt and confirms the payment to us directly — not through your browser. The charge reads CREEM.IO* on your statement.
  3. Licence and downloadsYour licence key is shown on the confirmation page as soon as Creem confirms the payment, and the macOS and Windows (beta) installers are linked from that same page. Copy the key there — we do not send it on by email.
  4. Install and runThere is nothing to activate: no account, no password, no dashboard. Install it and it runs.
  5. Connect your proxyAdd your own proxy account in the app’s settings. Start stays switched off until it is connected and successfully tested — a saved host and password is not enough.

The key has this shape. It is your proof of licence rather than a lock — nothing in the application is held behind it, and the app never contacts us to check it. The machine allowance on each licence is a term you agree to, not a quota the software meters. LCO5-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX

Questions

The questions that decide a purchase, answered once each, and nothing behind a control.

Is there a subscription?

Yes, for two of the three. Monthly and Yearly renew until you cancel — cancel from the link in any receipt, from the Creem customer portal, or by writing to support, and the licence runs to the end of the term you have already paid for. Lifetime is a single payment and renews nothing.

How do I pay, and can I pay in cryptocurrency?

Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, through Creem, the Merchant of Record for the sale. Cryptocurrency is not accepted.

What exactly does Lifetime cover, and what happens when updates end?

Perpetual use of version 5.x on 3 machines: it never expires, and no reminder or invoice ever follows it. Updates are bounded at 24 months because this tool reads a third-party platform that can change without notice, and selling a promise a third party can break is a liability rather than a price. When any update window ends the application keeps working — what stops is new versions and fixes. Renewing updates costs €99 per year and is entirely optional.

Do you charge per lead, per request or per gigabyte?

No. The licence price is the whole of what we charge — the application is a desktop install for macOS and Windows (beta), not a metered service. The one external thing it needs is your own proxy account, connected once in the app settings; your provider bills you separately for the traffic you use, on their terms.

What is the refund policy?

Refund requests are accepted within 14 days of the original payment — write to support with your order reference. The full policy is on the refund page.

Can I move a licence to a replacement machine?

A machine is one installation of LeadCo running your licence at one time, and the number stated for your term is the number the licence permits. It is a term of the licence rather than a quota this website meters for you: if you replace a computer, stop using the licence on the old one and use it on the new one. Write to support if you would like the change recorded against your order.

Billing, renewal and the legal detail

The quietest chapter and the last one. Reachable in one scroll, never set at the same size as a price.

Renewal

Monthly and Yearly renew automatically until you cancel. Your card is charged again at the end of each term and the same licence is extended — you are emailed a receipt every time. Cancel whenever you like and the licence simply runs to the end of the term you already paid for.

Cancellation

Monthly and Yearly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from the Creem customer portal. Sign in with the email address you used to pay — there is no password — and cancel from there. You can also write to support and we will do it for you.

Refunds

Refund requests are accepted within 14 days of the original payment. Write to support with your order reference.

Tax, and who you are buying from

Payments are processed by Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ, Estonian registry code 16977866, Rotermanni 14, Tallinn 10111, Estonia) acting as Merchant of Record. Creem is the seller of record for the transaction, charges and remits any applicable VAT or sales tax, and appears on your statement under its own name, beginning CREEM.IO*.

The software, the licence and the support come from The Website Labs, an individual trader established in Croatia. The trading address is provided on request — write to the support address and it will be sent to you. It is also held by Creem, the Merchant of Record, as part of its own verification. We do not operate a telephone support line, so there is no number to give. Every contact route on this site is the one email address above; it reaches the person who answers it, and the target is a reply within three business days.
